HDD-controlled drilling
We carry out professional HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) projects for the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. We undertake both MINI/MIDI HDD projects and advanced MAXI HDD projects for the largest energy infrastructure projects in Poland and Europe.
Thanks to our own equipment, experienced teams and state-of-the-art technologies, we carry out projects in challenging geological and terrain conditions.
MAXI HDD
We carry out directional drilling for:
- motorways and expressways,
- main railway lines,
- major rivers and reservoirs,
- industrial sites and strategic energy infrastructure,
- areas with complex geological conditions,
- coastal areas in offshore projects (landfall).
Application:
- HV and LV cable lines,
- multi-pipe power systems,
- infrastructure for offshore wind farms,
- long-distance energy and industrial connections,
- strategic infrastructure projects
- boreholes exceeding 1,000 metres in length.

MINI/MIDI HDD
We carry out directional drilling for:
- local and regional roads,
- rail and tram lines,
- pavements, car parks and squares,
- rivers and watercourses,
- urban areas with a high density of underground infrastructure,
- existing energy and telecommunications networks.

- 2 x 250-tonne-class drilling rigs – operating in parallel
- A flushing system with a capacity of 6,500 l/min
Drilling operations – SuedLink PFA 3
Investor: TENNET / ARGE
- 18 boreholes, each 745–930 m long,
- Total length of boreholes: 14.55 km,
- Depth of boreholes: 14–23 m.
- Navigation technology: ParaTrack 2,
- 1 drilling rig with a pulling force of 250 t,
- A flushing system with a capacity of 2,500 l/min.
Drilling operations – SuedLink Lot 8
Investor: TRANSNET BW / STRABAG
- 3 boreholes drilled using the HDD method, each over 870 m long,
- Total length of boreholes: 2.6 km,
- Ground conditions: rock borings,
- Navigation technology: ParaTrack 2,
- 1 drilling rig with a pulling force of 250 t,
- A flushing system with a capacity of 2,500 l/min.
