Cost Estimator

Scope of duties:

  • Analysis of inquiries and documentation,
  • Preparation of bid, execution, and post-completion cost estimates,
  • Preparation of price offers and requests for quotations,
  • Obtaining offers from suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors,
  • Contact with business partners, including participation in negotiations and business meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the above-mentioned position,
  • Technical secondary education or higher engineering education (electrical engineering / electrotechnics) will be an advantage,
  • Knowledge of MS Office and cost estimation software,
  • Category B driving license,
  • Ability to work in a team

Scope of duties:

  • Construction of HV and MV cable power lines,
  • Realizowanie prac na sieci SN i WN zgodnie z zakresem zleconych prac,
  • Carrying out the works in accordance with the design documentation,
  • Preparation and installation of cable routes,
  • Laying cables and wires,
  • Installation of switchgear.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role,
  • SEP permissions,
  • Willingness to travel on business,
  • Skills in using power tools and basic construction tools.

Scope of duties:

  • designing electrical installations in accordance with technical and safety requirements;
  • Provision of technical documentation containing all the information necessary for the installation of the electrical system;
  • Collaboration with other members of the project team;
  • Active involvement in the preparation of design documentation for electrical and power distribution networks and installations;
  • Presenting the final design to interested parties;
  • Preparing installation designs in accordance with all relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and professional experience as a designer;
  • A degree in a relevant subject or technical training;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Building qualifications (preferred).

Scope of duties:

  • Assisting the Site Manager with day-to-day tasks during the execution of projects on site;
  • Supervising work on the construction site, including that carried out by subcontractors, in accordance with the site manager’s instructions;
  • Preparing handover and as-built documentation;
  • Preparing orders for construction materials;
  • Planning and coordinating electrical works in accordance with the contract requirements,
  • Technical documentation and health and safety regulations;
  • Preparing handover documentation and other documents required during the course of the works.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a technical subject, preferably electrical engineering;
  • Experience as an electrical engineer;
  • A building contractor’s licence to supervise construction works in the field of installations, specifically electrical and power networks, systems and equipment;
  • Willingness to travel on business within Poland – hybrid working;
  • Independence, good communication skills, initiative, and the ability to organise one’s work effectively.
